Chantal Forgues is training for a bodybuilding competition, which you can imagine involves pretty intense workouts. At one point she had a discussion with her coach that made her question what her body was telling her about work-rest cycles.
Typical to form, Chantie took it as an opportunity to do some research about the difference between what she felt and what her coach was telling her to do. What she found surprised me, and put some of my own feelings into perspective.
