Symptoms of dis-ease had taken her to doctors, and she’d felt disappointed when she came away with no diagnosis nor prescriptions, so she decided to try something new. Marie-Eve settled into our weekly meditations like she’d always been part of the group. She appreciated the initial relaxation of each experience and used my recordings and techniques when she found herself recognizing her own physiological cues. All she’d needed was the understanding of the mechanics of chronic stress and the techniques of meditation to get a handle on her own stress levels.
